Fidel Habtezion

I have worked with Fidel at Western Health Advantage for about 5 years and can say he is one of the most dedicated, hardworking, helpful and reliable team member. When Fidel joined we were a small team mostly doing individual contribution and later on became a large IT department with multiple Agile teams, Fidel excelled in both environments and also led an Agile Team. Fidel had a remarkable way of leading and motivating his team members with his positive attitude and was always very easy to work with.

Furthermore, Fidel's eagerness to learn and implement new technologies and methodologies is a valuable asset for any organization, especially in the fast-paced field of IT. His focus on IT security is also noteworthy, as it demonstrates his commitment to creating secure and reliable applications.

Knowing Fidel all these years he would be an excellent addition to any organization in need of a reliable, hardworking and passionate software developer/lead.

I loved working with Fidel, he was not only a pleasure to be around he also was an excellent engineer. He always took a lot of pride in his work and security was always at the top of his list. I would hire Fidel in a heartbeat if I could, truly amazing work ethic.
Whenever a task needed to be done, even if it was on the weekend I always knew I could rely on him to make sure it happen. So if you are looking for someone who is going to not only get the job done but get the job done right! Fidel is your guy.

Fidel is an honest and standup individual with a love for family ! His tenacity and passion to learn is all but inspiring. I really mean it this man never stops learning or asking questions! Working with Fidel was always enjoyable because he was always more than willing to push me and others into better faster solutions. The biggest strength I have seen from him is his grit, the ability to work under the hardest of pressures and not only to complete it but with a positive attitude. I most definitely would work with him again because he pushed me in my career and my character in a positive direction!

I have worked with a lot of knowledgeable individuals along the way in my career, I can say that I was impressed by the level of skills Fidel brought to the team here at Trifecta. Fidel and I collaborated on several projects and his level of analytical skills as well as his ability to digest the problem and offer solutions was something the team can count on, I can say the I was privileged to have worked with him as I was able to pick up new skills and ways of working smarter not harder.
